Pennywise Arts Blog Hop (Boing, Boing, Boing)

“Thanks for hopping along on our Pennywise Arts community blog hop! If you happened to stumble upon us the previous blog in the hop can be found here: Jen's Blog the next stop is Diary of a Scrapbooker. There will be a fabulous prize drawing from blog hoppers that leave a comment on every blog entry of the hop, so make sure to let us know you were here!

The Pennywise Arts Yahoo group ( http://groups.yahoo..com/group/PennywiseArts/ )is a community of stamper/crafters from all over the world that share a passion for art, swaps, micro beads and friendship. Established in 2003 we have grown deep roots and lasting relationships. We welcome new members and look forward to meeting you! Our blog hop is a special event to help us get to know one another. We hope you’ll hop on board!

If you have seen my Football Theme Beaded Pens, you can go to Pennywise Arts to learn more about them, how they are made and many more things you can make with micro beads including how to get the supplies needed.

It's that Beady Time of Year

Spring is in the air and it's time to think of FOOTBALL (lol). Ok, that might be August but it is time for me to think of color combos that represent my favorite football teams. Can you name the teams?

Upper left is the Chicago Bears (Da Bears Rule) there is actually a navy blue in there but the flash does nto show it well, Lower left is the Arizona Cardinals (they are in the University of Phoenix stadium-my college days), lower right is the McGill Tigers (grade School-lol) and the top right is the Minnesota Vikings (not a fan but love the colors).

Below you can see what the Cardinal's colors look like in a pen. Being a St Patrick's Day baby I of course LOVE anything GREEN!!! (below)

These are so fun and easy to do. If you want to learn how to make these
refillable and very personalized pens go to Pennywise Arts.

Phoenix Scrapbooking Begins

Just like the mythical Phoenix bird that rises from it's own ashes, Phoenix Scrapbooking has risen from the ashes of Geocities-LOL. I love scrapbooking among the different crafts I do and wanted to dedicate a separate blog to this love. I plan on posting photos of my designs along with ideas and links to other peoples creations.
